We are caught between the emancipatory potential of digitalisation and legacy systems. The former include the contributions of small resilient states, the latter the burdens of legacy systems with an emphasis on authority.

There is doubt in Western strategic circles that the Russians will accumulate the mass and the force necessary to exploit the Izyum axis.
Yet this war has changed our " West" in ways we must start acknowledging.
